Collyer's Dollhouse, 2015-16

The saying goes “seeing is believing”. If I am successful in my endeavors, you would assume that I am a photographer of old home interiors. That is a partially correct statement. However, I am not an urban explorer of abandoned buildings. In actuality, I create the walls, floors, ceilings and props for cardboard dioramas that fit on a tabletop in my studio. If the scaling, lighting and camera angles are figured correctly, then the constructed illusion is often misconstrued as reality.
